"Would give 0 stars if possible. Multiple errors from this doctor, and a complete lack of responsibility from office staff or the management. I had hoped that the switch to Advent Health would actually manage to improve the consistently poor management, but no such luck. So far I've not been impressed. Advent Health corporate will be hearing from me--since no one at the actual office seems to care about their patients or about taking ownership for their own mistakes. If you need a rheumatologist, approach them with EXTREME caution. You can expect mismanaged appointments, and for them to dismiss you entirely after they have made an error. In our case, my partner was scheduled for an appointment at Bruce B Downs, only for them to switch the appointment to the Havana location and then to CANCEL it all with inadequate communication. After driving to BOTH locations today, the office was unwilling to work her in. On top of this, a needed MRI and blood work were ENTIRELY mismanaged, despite us visiting the office two weeks prior to try to solve the MRI issue. If you need something faxed, don't expect it to happen. In fact, if you would like a doctor that could care less about your health and well-being and who only wants to collect payments from your insurance, this is the perfect place for you. Absolutely unbelievable."
