"I wish I could say good things about this place, but I cannot. I was there one year from today, my cat had a sudden paralysis and the veterinarian that was there at midnight was very young, all the nurses were also young. While I was waiting, I heard them making jokes, having fun, while my cat was suffering. They gave me the wrong test results; I ended up going to another hospital the next day to get the test repeated. My cat died one week after, and I let them know. Today I got an email wishing him happy birthday, totally unprofessional staff, and system in general, maybe it was just that at midnight the staff are practitioners instead of real graduated professionals."

"The doctors, nurses, assistants, everyone is so patient into explaining everything multiple times. They are an incredible team and amazing people. They brought my 4 week old english bulldog puppy back to life and health. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude really. She was almost dead and now she is a playful and energetic puppy. "Absolutely the worst- took my cat in not only for little blood in his poop but also for his 3rd eyelid showing. Vet who didn’t speak correct English dismissed the 3rd eyelid issue and focused just on the little blood in his poop. Ended up having to get additional medicine for my other pets- pets that didn’t go to the ER and had never been to this place- because they claimed that the guiardia my cat had was extremely contagious to all of the other ones (just to sell these meds) after unnecessary X-rays left without knowing what was going on with my cats eye. A week and a half later had to take my cat to an eye specialist because his eye got worse- cat ended up having bartonella which now I have it because of the neglect in actually caring for my cats needs and listening to me. I called to let them know my issue and have been given the runaround from the office manager Jaqueline and her assistant Libby- they are never available and Jaqueline has even gotten to the point of calling me a liar and that I only took my cat in to this bogus hospital for blood in the stool. I could have waited to the next morning to take him to my vets office, whom I trust, but because of the 3rd eyelid being extremely pronounce I decided to take my cat to the ER that night- Kendall Pointe was not my first choice but after being referred by another ER vet I decided to go- worst mistake I could have ever made. Stay away from this place…they don’t care about your pets"

"This clinic is amazing! The facility is always clean and the ladies at the front desk are super nice. They saved my daighrer’s dog from the canine cough virus and mine when she got contaiged too. Dr. Gallardo and his team of doctors, the nurses and the rest of the staff members are wonderful, caring people. Luna and Millie are well thanks to their care! My daugthers dog, Luna, also needed surgery for one of her eyes and they did everything in their power to save her from loosing the eye. This clinic has earned the gratitude and the love of my family forever!"
