On my last call, Kristie was able to troubleshoot my issue over the phone by Walking me through the necessary steps. The issue was resolved quickly and hassle free. And - at no cost (even for new customers). I would recommend EEA for any office needing annual inspections or general repairs for their vaporizers."

We are a small non profit low cost mobile clinic that was searching for a company to buy a anesthesia machine from and we have found no company that was fair on their prices or that even helped non profits. We spoke to bill for about 3 hrs long that was amazing In itself!!!! We came in knowing nothing about repairing the old anesthesia that we had and then he gave us so many options for our price range.
