UF Health Family Medicine and Pediatrics - New Berlin

"Waited 2 months because I was a "new patient". I seen the nurse for about 2 minutes, and the doctor for maybe 4. BP was high, I expressed my issues, all she said was to go home, monitor your BP daily, a few times a day. Record it, then come back in a month. She had rattled off 2 prescriptions and asked what pharmacy. I go to check out, they set me for 2 months out(not 1), with a high BP mind you, and I did not realize until I went to my pharmacy that they did not call me in anything at all. It felt as though all they were interested in was getting me in and out the doors. Will not be going back"

"Scheduled my daughter’s appointment a year in advance. I received a call a couple months ago saying I’d have to schedule with another dr bc ours had moved offices, so I scheduled with them over the phone. I get a call today saying the appointment was scheduled wrong and I’d have to reschedule. Appointment was for November now they’re saying I can’t be see until February and on wait list. Even though they’re the ones that made the scheduling mistake!!"

"Had an appt today. Broke my L foot bone. I was 1 minute late and the receptionist was cold and didn't care. Very rude. Came back and said the provider cant see you because she has a meeting. Wow. Im in so much pain. The hospital only gav3 me Tramadol. This was after I came the day before yo make the appointment in person because no one would answer the phone. If you get a referral for this office, keep looking. When you get into a real crisis, the help is not here. It's 8/1/23. Go somewhere else."

"In the past two years this place has completely gone down hill. You are unable to get any answers and the care you receive is sub par at best. Its now all about the dollar now and not about good quality care of the patients. Once Scuderi left nothing has been the same. Changing practices after over 10 years of being at this office."

"My husband and I have been patients at this office for years, and it is steadily moving towards poor patient care. Dr Scuderi is an excellent provider, and ever since he left; care here has been unacceptable. Our experience with 2 of the Nurse Practitioners has been a waste of time. This office would benefit by employing practitioners with more experience and understanding of patient care."
