"The whole office needs to be reprimanded, from the MD on down. This has to be THE WORST interaction I’ve ever had with a medical office team. I was a very sick person and needed care. But met rude, insensitive, lying, incompetent and disrespectful group of people that call themselves medical professionals. I’ve been hung up on, placed on hold for extended periods of time, they will avoid you by not returning your calls or messages when they are shown how they lack what it takes to interact with the public and the sick population at that. The MD of the practice refused to fill out my short term disability paperwork as I recover from a serious bout of COVID. I’ve been out of work for over 6 weeks now! And the MD said she doesn’t fill out forms for COVID. Nonsense! I had to argue with them to get a chest X-ray. They put the order for the X-ray in the postal mail!! Who does that! Then it took another week for it to get scheduled…. Needless to say… I fired this incompetent “practice”. They shouldn’t be allowed to treat people with subpar care and get away with it! RESPONSE TO OWNER: Janis is part of the problem as well. She has been contacted numerous times! She does not see the issue as being a problem. But of course, if you’re being critiqued on your lack of care and it’s not positive, then you wouldn’t want to be responsive. Here’s the problem… I WAS VERY SICK! They didn’t take my illness seriously. They mishandled me and my care and didn’t see a problem with it. I’m better enough now to put them on PUBLIC NOTICE."

"I see Dr Khadour. I always feel rushed, like my concerns aren't valid. Like I'm making how I feel up or they're not important enough to be addressed. Then I go home unassured. I have left messages with her medical assistant and I don't get a response at all or either weeks later. Currently looking for another provider."

Her medical team is fabulous as well. I have a huge fear of needles and when I had to get my blood work done the medical staff was able to preform the blood draw in the office. They made sure I was comfortable during the whole experience, didn’t end up hurting a bit! Highly recommended!!"

Dr. Khadour is very pleasant and put me at ease immediately. She was very thorough with my exam, explaining everything she was doing. She did not rush through my appointment like some physicians do and made me feel relaxed and confident in her assessments. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good doctor that treats you with respect and provides great care. I definitely will be returning to see her as my new primary care doctor."
