"We love Emily and Dr. Toledo but have issues with the practice in general. I've had them cancel several appointments on the day of the appointment, and then want to reschedule for 3-4 weeks later. I made the appointments for a reason so waiting that long to reschedule is ridiculous. Since they're the ones cancelling, you would think they would make accommodations to fit you in."
"I ABSOLUTELY LOVE STEPHANIE!!! She’s amazing, attentive and cares about all patients. This office would not be patient obsessed if she no longer worked there. Lindsey & Pat are gems as well. They are easy going and easy to work with. Even at their busiest they still find the time to treat you like family. They remember tidbits of information about you to continue building a life long relationship. Dr. Toledo by far is the best doctor who worked in this office. He’s upbeat, exciting, energetic, caring, attentive & he provides quality care during every interaction. Although he’s very busy, he never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Toledo truly cares about his patients and he’s EXCELLENT at what he does. I LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!!"
