"I’ve been here multiple times for urgent care which was alright so that’s the only reason for 2 stars. As a pcp, would NOT recommend. I saw them last summer for a physical and lab work. My pharmacy contacted me that my ex was ready. The drs office didn’t call me about results or the fact they were putting me on meds. I had to call them for details and was told labs must be repeated in eight weeks. I called three times asking for the lab orders to be mailed to me. Each time told they’d ask someone and call me back. Never got a response! I made the mistake of returning this summer for a physical and lab work again. Found my own results via my labs app and logged on drs office portal to see a note they were normal. Still experiencing symptoms I’m trying to get to the bottom of, I called asking what’s my next step as the dr told me we’d get results and take it from there. No call back. Next day msgd dr on portal, I got a brief response he’d recommend an rx. I asked if I needed an appt prior or if he’d just call it in. No response. A few days later msgd asking again. Response from his nurse he’d recommend an rx and a referral to specialist. I responded asking for the rx to be sent. Now no response and it hasn’t been. This place needs to stick to urgent care. If you need an antibiotic etc and won’t need follow up it’s way better than ER or taking off of work to get to a pcp. If you need follow up or desire any communication from them regarding labs or next steps find a pcp whose office can manage continued care."

"Starting from the front desk and overall. Professional, and look like they know how to communicate with the people that comes there. The doctor was professional, respectful and understandable about my situation."

I recommend their primary care team as they have wonderful bedside manner and are caring and kind and appear to really have a heart for helping others."

"WARNING!!!!! THIS PLACE WILL LET YOU BLEED TO DEATH. Visited this place for a chronic nose bleed to help to stop it and this place would not let me in without a mask. Lol...I was bleeding all over the side walk. How could I put a mask on while bleeding everywhere?? They also would not let me in to even sit down as I was close too passing out. My husband had to put me back in car and take me to a hospital. I have informed the local media as this was a horrible experience. The hospital found a serious situation.."

"Dr. Panampally is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She takes her time explaining things to you, is more than happy to answer questions, and genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of her patients. I can't say enough about the quality of care she provides."
