"After looking at several Doggie daycares for my dog, I fell in love with the staff and the facility! They are true doggie people and my Velcro Lab is always happy to go there to play with his four legged friends! The staff are friendly, polite and their communication is great! I highly recommend!"
"I own a bird that has been a patient of this vet for more than two years. He needs his wings clipped for his safety since he can now fly again. Animal and Bird Hospital refused to cut his wings unless I paid a $75 exam fee even if I didn’t wish it or couldn’t afford it. I have been unemployed for six months and cannot afford a total $150 fee. They refused to make an exception or to offer any temporary discount. Result - one upset and lost customer. Shame! It is the animal that suffers, and the vet who doesn’t care. I saw your answer. You DID not offer ANY alternative other than to suggest I go somewhere else. How wonderful it was to discover that a bird shop in Oldsmar Flea Market will do the ‘exam’ for free when trimming the wings. Again, shame on you for pretending you did more than tell me to go somewhere else."
"Dr Murphy and her great team are always fantastic! I have some crazy large exotic parrots and they do an amazing job every time! They are also great with dogs and other animals, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my birds!"
"My green cheek conure has been coming here for about 2 years. They do a fantastic job with nail and wing clippings. When his ankle band got stuck up on his leg, I called in a panic and when I came in they immediately had someone come out and slip it back down for us. They've always been good to him, staff is lovely sweet friendly and compassionate. Very fair prices as well."
"My dog Cairo has been going to them for a while now as well as he goes once a week to daycare located at the pet resort behind. They are both incredible and extremely attentive to him. They make you feel like family and since my furbaby is my family, that makes a big difference. Their follow up is excellent and they are just so professional but also personable. We will never go anywhere else !"
