Johnson (name on meds as dispenser so I hope it’s who I spoke with) was so helpful - and he gave my dog a treat! It brightened up my day and I’m grateful for the team at this Publix pharmacy."

"I have used and loved Publix Pharmacies for at least the past 12 years. When I moved here from another state I expected the same level of outstanding customer service that they've provided and found *nothing* of the sort. This location is staffed by rude, dismissive associates that are even worse if (forbid) you have to call with a question. I finally got fed up with being disrespected every other visit and decided to transfer all of my prescriptions to CVS which they then took a FULL business day and two follow up phonecalls to do, and were STILL rude about it. (shocking)"
