"i called every coldstone near me asking if they had peanut waffle cups available and i was met with “no” ever single time. not a problem. however, i had a strong craving and was not going to give up. i called this coldstone and asked three different ways if they had peanut waffle cups. all 3 times they responded yes! i got excited and drove almost 40 minutes to get here. i let them know that i called and that i wanted the peanut waffle cup. to my surprise, the employee says “oh we don’t have that right now” ….. i laughed and asked why they told me they did have… “i didn’t understand what you were asking me”. my jaw dropped. why would you pretend to understand what a customer is saying and then proceed to lie your way through a conversation. unbelievable."

"DO NOT COME HERE FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been to many cold stones and always been treated so nice but this place was an absolutely terrible experience. I believe the guy that was serving my ice cream was a Hispanic guy named Daniel. He was so rude it actually made me uncomfortable. Seems like he does not want to work there at all. Every time I asked anything he said we don’t do that and would roll his eyes and look at me like I was stupid. I’ve always ordered the same thing in different locations throughout the states and they always do it right so I know it’s something the company does and even recommends to me. He definitely doesn’t want to be there and should be removed."

"Nobody wants to work at this establishment. The employee took a personal call while taking my order. We ordered simple one plain ice cream one vanilla when asked about the other items sold the employee looked at us as if we were stupid and said what in the rudest tone ever. They don’t know the products and they don’t want to work. Would give zero stars if I could. Even while waiting to order 2 employees were having personal conversations one on the phone in front of everyone and the other being rude as can be . Terrible experience will not go back. Crazy part is we were only there for five minutes."

"I feel unwelcome coming to this ice cream store. I definitely feel uncomfortable. The ice cream flavors Tags are confusing and when I ask the attendant it feels like it was a bother. Definitely the ice cream it's amazing . We got what we expect it. Next time we will just buy the cupcakes or cake."
