"Very incompetent people working in this Haines City Florida pharmacy. I had a prescription for 9 pills. I got home and looked in the bottle and there was only 6. Seriously how hard is it to count to 9. I called and the pharmacist did an inventory count and she said I was correct. She said someone would bring them to me yesterday as I just had surgery on Monday. Guess what, no one came. I called back again today and I could not get the girl I was speaking to to understand my situation. She finally figured it out and said someone would bring them today. I said I didn’t trust Winn-Dixie pharmacy any more and would just pick them up as I needed them today. I got there and told her my name and why I was there. She practically threw the bag at me turned around without so much as a sorry this happened. Pretty bad when even a pharmacy can’t hire decent pharmacists. I will never use Winn-Dixie pharmacies again. They used to be very trustworthy and nice. Not anymore. Be very careful & count your pills before you leave because these people can’t count."
