"They told me that my son doesn’t have alergies to peanut butter and is fine for him to eating, so I give my son peanut butter and the minute after he started to get red and his eyes getting swollen. Then when I call to tell them they said oh y was a mistake. Really ??????? What about is something worse will happen. They not professional at all."
"Dr. RIvera and team have been so helpful treating and addressing my current ear condition. Denise also took the time to listen to my info about my worsening symptoms and was able to fit me into a cancelation appointment slot. This has been a wierd experience having an ear issue, but they are guiding me through the process."
"Office Staff were pleasant and fast. I had a very SHORT wait for the Doctor to arrive and he actually LOOKED at me and talked to me rather than his nose being in a computer. It makes you Trust the Doctor when he treats you with respect."
"I had an appointment @11:20am. I showed up at 11:23 and was told I could not get my allergy shots because she does not take anyone past 11:20. Why don’t they stress this to patients when making appointments. They also have no problem making me wait 10 minutes to get my shots when I get there. The receptionist didn’t even try to reschedule me. They act like they don’t care. I also had a CT scan and no one reached out to me to discuss my results. I don’t recommend this location."
"Dr Burton is amazing. He explained everything in the office and before surgery. Then, I had surgery on a Thursday and his staff tried to reach me on Friday before they closed at 1 and I was sleeping and did not hear the phone. Dr Burton personally called me to make sure that I was doing ok before the weekend and let me know the Doctor on call if I had any problems. How many Doctor's do that now a days?"
