"He is not a doctor, he is egotistical child. My mother has dementia she can not remember what happened to her five minutes ago. Dr. Kenawy became angry with me for answering questions directed to her. She had no idea what he was asking her and he asked her if she had osteoporosis? Her answer was, yes she had it but it comes and goes! This was after I had just told him she didn't have the disease, that she was on the borderline of having osteoporosis. According to her previous doctor and her bone scan. Dr.Kenawy was so upset with me that he left the room. He sent a nurse in to speak for him, telling me that I didn't respect him and I interrupted him while he drilled my poor mother. He wanted me to apologize to him. The poor nurse was so uncomfortable and so sweet, I felt so bad for her being caught in the middle. I agreed to apologize, but then mom and I waited in that small room for 30 minutes until I realized we were being punished. Mom was getting antsy and wanted to leave, she didn't like this man, so we left. If a grown man can not face me with his concerns, he is a child. I am my mother's voice, I have a vast knowledge of her health and wellbeing that doctors can tap into. A doctor is going to get nonsense from my mother. How can you treat someone without all their health facts? My advice is to walk away and find a better doctor, one with a little empathy."

"I can't deal with this office anymore. The doctors are great and knowledgeable. However, their staff refuses to answer their phones. I call five time and different time and days, even though they are expecting a call from me they never answer. I've been a patient with them a year and this is the on going problem I have had with them. I will no longer go to them. I'll just go to my primary on Tyndall AFB or I'll go to answer Destin. Let me just say, that Dr. Kenawy is great, but he needs someone to manage the clinic better."

"He put me through a page of blood work, bone density test, ultra sounds on knees, shoulders and hands. With hundreds of my dollars spent in copays and the thousands paid by medicare and my supplement insurance, all I got was some fluid off the knee and a one shot. I did not know he owned the Olive Leafs which he recommended me to go and get his expensive vitamins. He said they were so much better that what you buy at wal mart, that was a joke. I was so in hopes this Dr. could help me but I was wrong. Please save your money and find a Dr. will care about helping you, instead of robbing you blind and in the end your no better than when you first appointment. He is all about money not caring about his patients."

"Dr. Kenawy is an excellent doctor. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because his billing office continues to file my claim using a termed policy number, which causes the bill to be denied. Month after month calls to the billing office go unanswered and emails are ignored. It’s stressful to receive a bill for $6,000.00,"

"I have NEVER felt more listened too by a doctor. I'm lucky enough at this point that I won't have to come back very often, but my entire experience here has been phenomenal. From the staff to the doctors, it feels like every single person in this place cares about their patients. That we aren't just a name on a clipboard. After years of telling my parents and telling my Drs that I didn't not feel right, I finally found someone who would listen and actually check to see if something else is going on. Even though the majority of my blood work came back great, they notes the areas that need improvement and made sure I was aware of what could be happening. They want to check everything again annually. This is the type of experience people should be having with their doctors."
