"Horrible. Please don't bring your dog here. Not too long ago i brought my 2 dogs here, they took quite a while considering there were 2 different groomers working on them. One of my dogs had low eyes when I got home, so I figured it was just from being sleepy from spending so much time in there. He was worse the following morning, so I went to Petco right away to find out what had happened. They said they had no idea and that nothing had happened. When I took him to the vet, they discovered that his left eye had a chemically induced hernia. This is extremely disappointing because I paid more for a detailed service and a soft shampoo. I understand that accidents happen, but there was absolutely no communication. When I spoke with Carlos, the manager, he was truly insensitive and said that I was costing him a lot of money and it cost him more than it did me... rather than giving an apology. He seemed annoyed and was difficult to reach. The people at Bayshore Vet were truly amazing and treated my dog kindly with multiple follow ups. This incident and Carlos' attitude was unacceptable and inhumane."
