"I in good conscience could not recommend this place to anyone - This woman ruined my dog. i spent a year grooming and growing a long coat - i brushed her daily - all I wanted was 1 inch taken off as my dog had a prize coat of long hair and this woman smiles - laughed with me and said "of course - dont worry " - when I go there she made me pay first before even seeing the dog - then asked me for a tip before I even saw my dog and then she brings in my dog completely shaved - a years worth of work - just gone. She then said - I did what you asked! the gaslighting was unbelievable. As if the conversation I had with her just 2 hours earlier - never happened - the whole experience was very upsetting. If you want a quick shave on your dog - which anyone can do I guess she is good for that but if you need attention to detail and time spent on your dog and you want to avoid heartache I would find someone else to take care of your dog"
