"Called a prescription transfer three times in four days and each person I talked to said they get back to me and didn’t. Went in and talked to a fourth person who had none of my information. The most ridiculous pharmacy experience I’ve ever had."

"Testing was ok. The medical technician came in the parking lot with the test. My daughter did the test herself and handed the swabs back to the technician. And that was all. The bad part was not being able to get the results right away. The website is terrible and not user friendly. And after two months she received a bill from them for $261 . I thought the Covid testing was free, but I was wrong! The medical examination was included in the bill! There was no doctor seeing to see her in the parking lot! Diagnostic lab and other also included into the billing! No expectations! I tried to find a phone number for billing services… it doesn’t exist! Luckily the health insurance picked up 1/2 of the bill. I will never return. No transparency and no one to complain about it!"

"The pharmacist here was unhelpful and a know-it-all with filling a prescription that I’ve had for over 2 years. She assumed it couldn’t be filled and didn’t care to understand or ask questions, and after calling my prescriber and googling “can a nurse practitioner prescribe in FL” the pharmacist is absolutely wrong and now they can fill it. No apology after calling multiple times to help them out by filling it! Waste of time and effort for something so simple."
