"Spirit of narcissism overshadows this place most likely bc of an egotistic Doc with a cult following. It seems like a good spot because its covered by florida medicaid, but then when my private insurance changed or they were sick of my son eloping all the time they finally didnt allow him back. Its odd that he spent 4 months in residential treatment and didnt progress much. Made it to PHP a couple times and couldn’t follow rules so they kept putting him in residential. Seems really strict. Very little family contact. Very little interaction with the family. Big focus on codependency and breaking the link to the family. I get the sense they believe their way is the only way and best way. My son is in a new shortterm facility and loves it."

"If I could give this a one star I would. Never send anyone here. EVER. One star reviews are all true. The medical students break HIPPA laws. They don’t feed you enough. They mess up your medication. They try to force religion onto you. And if you want to leave early, they throw you onto the street with no phone call or way to contact anyone. I had to walk to the Home Depot, bawling my eyes out, to call someone to come get me. Never go here, it’s not worth it."

"Good staff, amazing doctors, equally amazing therapists. I walked in a broken person, borrowing and stealing from family to feed my issues. by 2 months (45 days) in, I was not only stable, but I picked up great life skills like communication and learning to cook for myself. Doctor Moran is great doctor and is very knowledgeable. He is always willing to share his knowledge and methods for recovery. He includes patients in the decision making for medications, diagnosis, and level of care. Everyone at FCFR treats relapse as a stage of recovery and provide support both inpatient and outpatient. I went in as an adolescent and it helped me more than i could ever put into words. Before i went in i was an addict and suffered from mental health issues like PTSD. I couldn't hold any kind of commitment in life. After a thorough evaluation at FCFR, I began the road to recovery I am still walking to this day. At almost a year after being stepped down to full outpatient, I have skills that help me every day. I have a steady job and other commitments that I stick to. I'm finishing my senior year of high school and was recently accepted to college. I cant promise it will work for you or a loved one, its not for everyone but it works if you work it!"

"My son 30 has been in over 15 different types of treatment centers over 13 yrs. Nothing compares to the treatment for his mental health and drug addiction that FCFR is providing!!! This is NOT what most are use to but it should be the standard of care that’s expected for our loved ones. I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Moran and his entire staff and their focus on the family unit as well. The best of the best!"
