"Dr. Cate-smith is nice. It would be nice if the front desk was nice too. You can ask one person and they will point to someone else to do it. Example, after my visit, I had a sheet to give to the front desk. One lady pointed to an empty chair and said "wait over there for her to do that ". No idea where the lady went so I stood there for a few minutes and the same lady said "I'll just do it". Some of them, asking them something makes me feel like I'm bothering them. I tried to pay my bill there and they were like "here. Call the billing department" and gave me a card and that was it. Also my biggest compliant was that a worker there hit my car while she was parking my car. At least, she admitted to it but still, my car was hit."
"I've been going to this office for 7 years. I love everyone at this location. The doctor is absolutely wonderful. Only downfall is the waiting room, I hate how super small it is."
