"Unethical business practices by store employees which customer service representatives and corporate executives supports . Manager Jaclyn refuses to honor posted price for items that rings up at register at a different price. Jaclyn and her team has fail to update posted prices on many items in store. Reaching out to customer is useless, representatives have failed to return my calls or follow up on the grievance that I submitted. Family DOLLAR does not recognize or have respect for their customers!"

"This store needs new management i would never be back here again. Very Rude staff im cuban so i can undertand everything they say in Spanish but i guess they thought i was white. Very rude and racist cubans staff and the manager too. Bunch of IDIOTS!! If you dont like the job? Go back to cuba, we pay for all the crap you have in the store so Nice customers deserve better treatment from you."

"I don't recommend this store location. The male cashier on May 17, 2015 around 7pm demonstrated racism toward a West Indian customer over $1 napkins which were being purchased. I witnessed his racial bias in favor of a Cuban woman "Spanish speaking" customer whom addressed him in English about my presence at the counter due to being in mid transaction. Assuming that I did not speak Spanish, he blatantly disregarded me and told the lady in Spanish that I wasn't there for purchase and to ignore me at the counter watching my friends purchase and money on the counter".... although my friends money was on the counter and she was in mid purchase of her items but was sent to the back of the store by him over $1 napkins. The other store clerk informed the cashier that my friends napkins were in fact $1 yet instead of doing the right thing, he decided to treat my friend with rude treatment. The cashier continued in Spanish his rudeness as if only he and the lady behind me were the only people in the area of Spanish language until my friend returned with another pack of $1 napkins to finalize the entire purchase which would have been finished had the man not been such a jerk. The man looked stunned once I responded back to him in fluent Spanish in reference to his poor conduct and racist behaviors. Family Dollar needs to monitor it's workers and their lack of professionalism. It is a darn shame that we must observe this behavior from it's workers. As a Hispanic person, I felt embarrassed by his conduct and offended by his choice of behavior toward her and toward me."
