"I come here often, also to the store in Immokalee Rd and 41, and the one on airport rd and 41. I’ve gotten the same drink that I asked for before in these three stores. I came in today to this store and I was told they couldn’t make my drink the way I wanted it, I don’t understand? I’m the one drinking my coffee or steamer the way I like it, not them. So I decided to not order and drove next door to Dunkin Donuts. Needless to say that I won’t be coming by this store anymore."
"This review is mostly on my experience. I had order my drink and food through the drive through and parked to enjoy it. As I went to take a sip, coffee had spilled onto my clothes and on my seat and floor. Turns out there was a large crack on the side. I went inside to get my drink remade. The cashier understood and brought it to the barista. The barista seemed to be pretty annoyed with this and seemed to have an attitude about it but still remade it for me. I was a bit disappointed as my clothes and car were soiled. If only she took into consideration what had happened."
