"Thankfully my boy is healthy so far but just disappointed I paid toy poodle price for a poodle that ended up being a miniature(12-13lbs full grown now at 1 yr and 4 months) . Highly recommend anyone who is purchasing a puppy to do their research. I also had an unpleasant experience with previous owner because just like the other negative reviewer Joanne, when I questioned him about my pups parents he never sent me the photos i requested and disappeared. To me that's just shady business but I'm glad my boy has been overall healthy and beautiful. And maybe now with these supposedly new owners things will be more transparent. Otherwise my puppy buying experience was great with the staff when I purchased back in Sept 2022 but I would be careful what you're buying and don't be afraid to ask questions!"

"I got a beautiful cavapoo from here a few weeks ago. One of the ladies there was really kind and patient and let me play with each puppy to see which would be a good fit. I told her what I was looking for and my daily life and told her that I was looking for an emotional support animal and she was helpful in giving me suggestions. At the end, I settled with the calmest sweetest puppy there which I don’t regret at all. This was my first puppy store ever and I will say playing with the puppies was amazing and a huge bonus for me. However, I would implore everyone else who shops for a puppy here to do their research first and not be as careless as I was. I bought the puppy on a weekend as they were about to close so the owner wasn’t there to answer any questions. Maybe if I waited he would’ve been able to help more and I wouldn’t have had such a bad first few weeks with my puppy. I got the dog to the vet the next business day after I got him and he already had a cough. I called the owner worried about it and was told “puppies get colds and not to worry”. I trusted him cause the staff seemed so competent and he seemed like he meant well. 2-3 days later the cough got worse and another vet (not the one they referred) told me my cavapoo had kennel cough. This was $300 for meds and an exam after spending $3000 on a puppy. Next the owner couldn’t tell me any information about my puppies parents at all. If you can charge someone $3000 for a puppy they should be able to leave with documentation about the parents health and genetic testing. Again, this was my fault as I stupidly didn’t ask before paying. But please don’t repeat my mistake. Cavapoos have a lot of health issues that can be genetic so me asking was to make sure I was aware so I could be proactive in my pups care. An amazing vet caught that my pup had the Merle gene which can come with health issues if bred incorrectly. I had to call the breeder on the form for any information on my pup and he was kinder and more willing to calm my fears than the owner here was. It was a very disappointing experience and after the owners odd behavior after asking for information about my pups parents, I felt very uncomfortable and wouldn’t contact him again. For a place that prides themselves on no puppy mills, you should be more transparent. Again I’m sure this review will be disputed or I’ll be called a liar because they seem to do that on all the lower star reviews. But I can post proof of purchase and vet records showing that my puppy had kennel cough days after coming home (he was not around any other pets). The puppies are beautiful and the staff are kind but please do research and ask about genetic info and parent conditions to make sure you can financially afford your pup if anything goes wrong later down the line. This is long but I hope it helps someone. I love my puppy so much and don’t regret him at all. I hope the owners read this and does more to calm new puppy owners fears especially when it comes to health. You should be glad someone wants to give a puppy a nice safe healthy home and values their health and not just how cute they are :/. I shouldn’t have to track down a breeder that you used to get information on my pup. I wasn’t even told the generation of my puppy."
