"I called for an appt, they couldn't take my pup for about 6 weeks. I asked if they can do express appts, she said we only do that for local people (I am local). They did a pretty good job with my dog but she was there for about 3hrs. At the 2nd appt, she had forgotten we had the appt, and when I picked up my pup, she said to call first next time (but I had an appt, she had text me to confirm). Something seems off here as someone else mentioned, not returning. Yes ma'am, you did say those words to me, that you only do express for locals. And I was never told about your husband nor do I read you fb page (you can't assume people will see it). And yes, you forgot one of our appts, it did happen. The last appt you mentioned, I def apologize if that happened, was 2022 so do not remember. But what I do remember was the first interaction with you saying you only do express for locals, that just isn't right."

"There was a sign stating curbside drop off and pick up, I assumed due to COVID restrictions so I called from the front door, the person that came outside to pick up my dog was not wearing a mask. She didn’t introduce herself or ask any information about my dog, which I thought odd since it was my first time there. She didn’t ask how I liked my dog grommet or if I had any preference on the length or style of the cut. When I asked if she had a cut in mind she said she would figure it out. No very professional. My roommate had to pick up my dog since it took so long that I had to go to my next appointment. When I got home I notice that she didn’t even smell like she had a bath. I truly think they never bathed her. Usually she comes home with a bandana or a lace in her head, but not here! Also they only accept cash or check, something that they failed to advise me when I made the appointment. Not worth the money, 60.00 for a trim. I will not recommend this place. They have a very strange vibe here!!"

"Posh Pups is awesome! They came highly recommended from friends and family. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they had my dog in the very next day. Fast, friendly, reasonable price and they did a great job! I have a very energetic Siberian Husky, and she can be a handful. They were able to calm her down and take great care of her!"

"I have never taken my Aussies to a groomer before and they are all around 7 years old. I generally groom them myself. I wasn't up to grooming them so I contacted Posh pups. I was very nervous because my pups are always with me and I wasn't sure how they would do. The first time all went well but the real test was how they would react the second time I dropped them off. I was so very happy that they were all wagging their tails when they got there and received all kinds of lovings from everyone. Not only are they good with your fur babies they did a great job grooming them. Aussies can be a challenge to groom and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Posh Pups for your fur babies."

"They have been grooming my family's dogs for almost if not already a decade, and my own dog since the day i got him about 4 years ago. There is not another groomer that i would trust more than these guys. My dog is a very anxious dog all around, but looooooves and i mean LOVES his grooming trips. They deal with my different changes/styles i come up with over the years, they make my dog look beautiful, and they are always working with my schedule. If i forget to make an appointment and call for an "ASAP" Rainy does everything she can to help me out. NOBODY can touch any of my dogs, not even a nail, unless its Posh Pups or myself."
