"The lady who was working there was very rude and I would like an apology from her the way she acted was to embarrassing for her age I honestly would like if someone could get her fired or if someone could report her for the way she treated me and my family. I have never had this happen and in all honesty I don’t know who thought she was fit for this job"

"They have great selections. Staff is pleasant but all Family Dollars need one more person on each day just handle stocking and keeping the the store looking sharp. This could help the staff work more efficiently and prevent shoplifting."

"I find Family Dollar well stocked most of the time. One exception is the day of delivery for store goods. Supplies are quickly put on the shelves and available to the public. They have quite a variety of merchandise. The clerks are helpful and polite to all customers. I find the store clean when shopping and items are within reach, not jumbled together. I always seem to be in a good mood when exiting the store. They seem more like a Mom and Pop store than a chain of stores."

"Not a store I will return to ever. I observed a young man remove a tall boy beer from the cooler. I went ahead with my shopping and realized when I was in the check out line that there was no beer to be seen. I reported it to a second clerk and she confronted him. At first he denied it then offered to pay for it after she told him she would pull the tape from the stores cameras. She then let him leave the store. I called her on allowing him to get away with the attempted theft. She replied that she was about to get off work and she did not have time. And we wonder whas is wrong with the world today."
