"Do not waste your time. They are either severely understaffed or completely incompetent. I’ve tried calling about a prescription refill for TWO days straight now and the phone just rings off the hook. I called the Winn-Dixie store manager and she basically just said to call back again. I don’t understand how a pharmacy operates without answering the phone smh"
