"I used to like this Walgreen's, but they've gotten bad. The pharmacy rarely answers the phone, just frequently disconnects you after several minutes on hold. They're bad at communicating with doctors, and ignore waiting scripts for refills unless you specifically call them about it (revisiting the phone issue). I have frequently had trouble getting needed prescriptions on time. The store end has also suffered since lockdown, and has less variety in candy and toys, at least."
