"Came in today to do a return on fish that were attack by my black shark. Thinking it would be no hassle do to me bringing everything that is needed. But no Miguel the supervisor on duty gave me the hardest time in the world mind you pet supermarket is the only place I buy my pet goods due to the resources that they give you. He told me I wasn’t listening to him and he didn’t care for what I had to say about the situation and told me to listen mind you in situations like this you should never tell a customer to listen and you don’t care for what they have to say. Called his boss and didn’t explain my problem and told his boss I was trying to return the shark when I told him I wanted to return the fish that the shark killed. I asked for customer service number and as I was trying to still explain to him he interrupted me and said “do you want this number or no very rude. I’d advise someone talk to him about customer service because that’s not how it’s supposed to be properly handled may if he explained it and not ignore me and give me attitude I wouldn’t be writing this long complaint. I highly recommend to be attended by someone else do to his attitude problem that he will give you and tell you that you need to listen to him and not him listen to the customer that is having the issue. Ps I still bought things from the location but with the help of Kate she is so sweet and patient"
