"I sat in the drive thru for the pharmacy for AN HOUR! The line was wrapped around the front of the building. Something has to change. It should not take that long to pick up some freaking medication. If you got more than like 3 questions GO INSIDE. Drive thru is supposed to be for expedited services. Pick-up, drop off. If you're going to take more than 5 minutes GO INSIDE PLEASE! One car sat in the drop off lane for at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged. DO BETTER!"

"Medication not ready on time for an easy prescription. Only ready 2 hours after they said it would be, good thing we called ahead. Had to wait an obscenely long time both in the store and in the drive through line outside. When we finally picked up my wife’s prescriptions, they charged us retail price when it was actually covered by tricare. I had to call and wait 20 minutes for them to figure out their mistake. I have to go back in person and wait again for my refund. If I have the option, we won’t go back. Massive waste of time."
