"They are so messed up. They cannot fill a script at the right location. 2 months of this, plus so many other problems. CVS is a complete disaster. Staff could care less, seem overwhelmed and just don't want too help. Can't blame them, the C suite appears to be letting them fail."
"Nobody knows what they are doing. I have been down there three times in 3 weeks to pick up a tube of toothpaste prescription. I get called I get told to pick it up and then they don't have it. I will never go back to them again. They should shut the store down."

"This low rating is for the pharmacy. So unorganized and unfriendly. If you tell me my meds will be ready at a certain time, why am I waiting an hour for them when I come at the time. We are all busy, and everyone is shorthanded. Stop using that as an excuse and find better employees. It doesn’t cost a penny to be nice and have respect."
"CVS lately has been a bit better than Walgreens but that’s not saying much. Honestly, the bar is pretty low for both CVS and Walgreens, both are dismally run corporations and both have incredibly incompetent CEO’s. I feel sorry for their employees. If possible, it’s better to spend your hard earned money at a locally owned pharmacy and let these 2 chains fester in the cesspool where they belong. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars is because of the Labcorp staff working there. They were awesome! As for CVS, they get 1 star and that is too generous…"
