"Called today from my office to phone in a RX, the pharmacist was VERY RUDE!! I’m doing my job just like him, the fact that he’s working alone isn’t my problem but don’t be rude to a customer trying to phone in a RX for a patient. When I said I had been holding on for 18 minutes and had been hung up on multiple times he states..”and your point is…let’s move on” I hope they hire some help for this man because SHEESH!!!"
