"Supposed to be open until 10, just in the past week there’s been 2 times the staff closed early, one time being at 7 and another time being at 8. I understand things happen, but it happens just about every week. Very annoying. And not to mention, I went in this last week and the cashier had her two toddlers behind the register with her banging on stuff and screaming, not shaming the cashier but at least control your kids if you have to bring them."

"Store is in relative good shape. Some might have knocked off the show but nothing too cigar to worry about. Staff however dependent on the shift you get fluctuates constantly. By this I mean dependent on who is working will determine the amount of attention they pay to the customers and the store in question. You will either get 100% customer service or 2%. Where is the store at this size customer service is not a priority sales is very important it is still nice to know that your questions are not falling on the wayside of somebody texting their boyfriend while on shift. Which was the case during this review and visit. I did not tell them who I was and why I was there which is the case in which I do every review that I conduct. The young lady behind the counter seem to have more time to spend texting her significant other than she did to pay attention to what was happening around her. A gentleman walked in the store picked up a beverage and walked right out the front door the alarms on the front door did not activate because they had been turned off on that day as to not disturb her texting. which leaves me to wonders how much product is actually walked out that front door because of her inability to perform her job adequately. FYI young Miss your job is to attend to the store and its customers not text your friends. But this is not for me to tell you but it is for corporate to inform you. Several aisles at carts in the way of product and they were stacked so high that if you were to move them you run the risk of being squashed under the weight of the items. A safety violation but nothing too severe to worry about. The Wi-Fi was so bad in the store that you are not able to use the Dollar general app to save money. Which I believe is a very big faux pas that corporate should indeed look at. If you're going to have enough for your company is probably wise to make sure that set up works correctly when customers are in your store. I will conduct another review of said business in one year from today."
