I have never had a nurse quite like Shayla Shayla. She has gone above and beyond the level of care that any patient would ask for she has run between my insurance company and my pharmacy for my medication’s that I so desperately needed in the past few weeks and she has kept in contact with me. I have never in my 54 years. Had a nurse like this if you ever consider parting ways with her, you are making a huge mistake. This is a valuable cog in your machinery of this organization never let her go. I’d also give a shout out to Teresa she is amazing and also goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for all that your staff does and also again for Dr Novis this practice is amazing."

"I’ve been coming here for about six months as a patient, Dr Novis and his partner NP Ramoso are a great team. They both listen and CARE about their patients needs, concerns, and any questions. They move quickly - which is understandable, but if you have questions make sure you get them in. Their front desk staff is friendly, checkin nurses are always friendly, and the EKG woman is very kind. Overall, this is one of the friendliest practices I’ve been to before. My only complaint is that half of the staff can’t wear their masks correctly. It’s quite annoying and unprofessional especially since they require masks."
