"The shift lead had such an attitude that was belittling to the staff and set the wrong tone for the whole experience. We were charged twice because the cashier forgot to ring up the guac, the burrito was rolled sloppy…. So many things went wrong that I’d rather either drive further to another location or have Taco Bell. Everyone was new and the main person on the line was having to use double the tortillas because of errors."
"Ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole online for pickup (I live less than 5 minutes from the store). Please see the picture of the food that i was served - that brown/black substance is supposedly guacamole. When I returned to the store to ask for a refund/remake I was treated with the utmost disrespect by the staff, which included their staff laughing and giggling. I asked other patrons in line if they would eat this?! All said No! Of course when I asked to speak with the manger on duty, I was told there wasn't one...not shocking! I was ultimately denied a refund."
"Not surprising, the management never responded to a terrible review. This is indicative of a business that cares less for the opinions of the guest. As they count on the national label of the restaurant to cover them. In Jacksonville, FL, restaurants fail consistently due to this mindset. Pay attention to the local reviews or fall flat on your inconsistent and ill placed standards. We will never visit this location again. I work hard for every dollar earned. I'll be damned if I will spend any money with a restaurant and manager that doesn't care."
"Went in at 10:20 to order a bowl. They just started staying open until 11 but my fault for expecting the same service. I ordered online and went to pick it up almost an HOUR before they closed and they had to tell me they were "out of" half of the stuff I wanted on my bowl. No, I highly doubt that, I think they were just lazy and didn't want to do their job."
