"To make a long story short, my son was expected to start with MFT. I choose this center because the website stated that the company offers ABA, Speech, and OT all the needs for my Autistic 4 year old. I met with the owner Jay in October 22’ who gave me information on Oscar insurance and how to enroll my son and start the onboarding process. He gave me Lisa Knightly’s contact and said my son will be able to start once all documents are received, and insurance authorizes treatment. I’ve continually contacted this company for updates and have been given the runaround. All documents received, insurance gave approval, no updates from Mallory nor Lisa. Last contact from them said they had to hire RBTs to assign clients to and that my son is on a waiting list. We pay Oscar $300 monthly to receive services from MFT. From October to Now Mid- March no Initial Assessment, treatment plan, nor start date."

She’s so professional; always addressing any questions or concerns we have and answering our messages right away. We’re also grateful for all the wonderful therapists Mariah, Ayanna and Bryanna. "We are so happy we found MFT for our daughter! It is a very safe and loving environment! BCBA Bevannie is beyond AMAZING! Techs- Michelle and Crystal work one on one with our daughter toward her goals everyday. We just started speech with Juliana and OT with Calley are already see progress! We receive daily reports and there is thorough communication daily. We truly feel that everyone here loves our daughter and have her best interest at heart and are doing everything they can to achieve her goals. I highly highly recommend MFT!"

During this year, he has transformed from non verbal to verbal and has been making amazing progress.. everyone Kimmy, Jen, Myra (my BCBA), his therapists Mia, Chrissy, Amily, Flo, Calley(OT) and others are all amazing. He's been working at home now during lockdown with Mia and I couldn't ask for more. I am no more worried about my son's progress now, thank you all for your continuous love, affection, support and dedication throughout, you never made any difference even in the lockdown and have been providing uninterrupted and quality services in appropriate locations.
