"Will bill you over and over again for missed appointments but can’t answer the phone to save their lives. I can’t stress enough how terrible the phone service is. The amount of times I’ve called and left a voicemail and never received a call back is too many to count. Don’t go here if you want a provider who you can communicate with."

"Run, do not walk, far away from anyone under CMPS. I was referred by my therapist in April. It took a few phone calls and two new patient form attempts, for anyone to call me back. I FINALLY got a call in May 25th, but I missed the call and called back 16 minutes later. No answer. Left a voicemail that day and to this day have not heard anything back. On Friday I called again using the extension given to to me over voicemail and still nothing. I've since moved on to try to find another provider for my needs, but no one should have to deal with this when just trying to get help for their mental health."

"I am travelling and made every plan to have my medication refilled while away from home. Dr. Pathak gave me wrong information that has had me calling pharmacies for days trying to figure this out. the end result is that every person is telling me that Dr. Pathak should have sent it and is the only person who can. Because of her mistake she left me stranded for a week driving across the country without meds that I have only been taking for a month. The office staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called. "your doctor isn't working today or tomorrow and won't be in Monday because of the labor day holiday... and we close in 20 mins." What kind of mental health office doesn't have after hours service or a way to contact doctors in an emergency? This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. No direct number. No direct email. As soon as I'm home I'm switching offices and filing a coming with my insurance company."

"I called Comprehensive last week to try and get help. Just a month ago I woke up to find my boyfriend I lived with deceased. I was told I would receive a call back about an appointment. So today, a week later I called them to find out why I had heard nothing from them. I was told " oh, well neither doctor was willing to take you on as a client ". This wasn't because of them being overbooked but they just didn't feel I met their criteria. And they know this how? Absolutely unprofessional. I never even got a call back!"
