"She dropped the ball on sending in authorization for an important procedure and didn’t read my blood work because within a month they no longer accepted my insurance. Billed my insurance for visits that were useless (First time she didn’t have enough time for a physical, then brought me back a second to actually do the physical). I waited 3 months for the appointment to get the authorization I needed for the procedure and didn’t even get that. Now I have to find a new primary doctor to do everything she was supposed to do and delay a mandatory health related checkup due to prior history. She lacks accountability and the decency to figure out how to fix it. She’s young and playing doctor with peoples lives. Beware."
