"Awful communication. They cancelled my sons therapy after only 2 months of starting and said they were gonna be closed until further notice. So indefinitely they were supposed to be closed. Then I pass by there 2 weeks later and see them open like nothings changed. I guess this is how they tell people they dont want them to come to their therapy center anymore? By lying to their face. On the discharge papers they also forged the documents with the signature of his old therapist (she didnt work there anymore) to be able to discharge him. This place has ALOT of shady practices, approache with care."

"I had my child with this company for almost 5 years. When we started with this company it had great therapist ,ABA Analyst, Speech Pathologist. After so many years my child's therapy were stopped. The clinic has change with the management tremendously. After COVID-19 the company lost all their good staff and the company has declined with their customer service tremendously. I do not recommend the ABA Analyst at this clinic. My child was required to have between 15-20 hours per week. The clinic was not able to provide the full hours recommended due to staff shortage. Since June of 2021 I placed several complaints to the owner of the company regarding the Analyst overseeing the ABA Therapy. The ABA Analyst in a occasion had the guts to call my child's caregiver a liar Claiming the caregiver was dropping off my child late to therapy. The last 3-4 months of the year of 2021 my child was dropped to 3 hours per week due to staff shortage. Eventhough my child's has made progress I hardly doubt it was due to efforts in ABA when my child was only seen once a week for three hours. When it was time for the reauthorization they always waited on the week off to evaluate and rushed me to read their reports , sign, and return , not leaving a chance for changes or to conduct a meeting to review progress. The ABA Analyst only took in consideration progress on behaviors only showed during sessions , not taking in consideration the child's daily living in school, home, and other places outside the clinic. I requested a meeting to the student Analyst and the overseeing Analyst as I expressed concerns on the information added on the report that was going to be sent to the Insurance. The Analyst claimed my child had made so much progress that was recommending only 9 hours of ABA per week. I expressed this was going to be a problem in the future as decreasing the hours would cause for the iresources to be cut down. The student Analyst and the overseeing did not bother to call me back. The evaluation was not signed and my son has not been back to the clinic since then. THIS CLINIC HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE . I got another opinion from outside sources on the recommendation made by the Analyst at this clinic and another professional indicated this recommendation was erroneous since enough data could have not been collected by only seeing the child once a week for 3 hours. The management is horrible and this company is going downhill with it. Sad to let go of this company, but had to be done. When the Analyst is gone I may come back. I don't recommend this company . The owner of the company blindly trust the overseeing Analyst (Vallejo). This Analyst does not listen to the concerns of parents and only what he says is correct. Very arrogant. Their scheduling is not consistent, therapist are constantly change and the child does not always have the same therapist. Parents are not notified of these changes with therapist. I always advocate for my child. I brought up things everything there was a concern. It seems like the Analyst knew I was not going to agree and sign off on the recommendation of dropping my child to 9 hours per week. It seems like the Analyst and the clinic on purpose recommended those 9 hours so I can voluntarily take my child out of the clinic after years of services. Until this day, not one person from the clinic has bothered to follow up with me I hope an investigation with the proper authoritiesis opened to investigate this clinic.. Is wrong what they are doing to the Children and the families.."

"My son was suppose to be evaluated. Within 10 minutes, he was prescribed medication for a diagnosis he does Not have. My son is not OCD, he has a messy room and desk. An OCD person would have everything in its place. I don't think in 10 minutes you can give a child this type of of diagnosis. The person doing the evaluation was really rude. I requested my copay back from the office manager and she said they would. I call and leave messages and nothing has been resolved. They never refunded my copay. I would never go back to this place. If you read it says: family therapy services, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)I thought he would go through therapy before being given medication. I pick this place because I would of thought the child is evaluated, go through therapy and last resort meds."

"I have had my nephew treated at Therapies4Kids and was so happy with the outcome and experience. The compassion I saw between the therapists and my nephew. has been truly heartwarming. I recommend any of their six locations for PT, OT, ST or ABA therapies."

"I was incredibly disappointed with the level of care this facility provides. They did not have the evaluations written up with goals prior to the first therapy session. I asked three times for copies and never obtained them, neither did our new therapy office. They did not listen to our concerns and made our son cry at every session. Their have no concept of family involvement and kept me out of his therapy sessions even when he was in distress. I would not trust them with the care of any of my family members."
