"The receptionist was friendly kind and helpful but Dr. Ana Romero my doctor is a SUPERSTAR DOCTOR! She is the best doctor ever. So, yes I would recommend my family or friends to her at this location."

"Besides the outstanding location now. Doc Romero and Doc Leah are simply awesome. They take the time to listen and do not make you feel you are cattle going through a line. I hear how they talk to other patients and make them all the most important person there. I am very happy and blessed to have them as my physician's."

"My husband and I went to this office and we were 20 minutes early for his appointment. After waiting the expected 20 minutes we continued to wait even longer past his appointment time. Finally we were brought back to the room and left there. We continued to wait for a total of an hour and 20 minutes before we had to leave. Not only did my husband have to take unpaid time off from work but we were also late to pickup our child from daycare. The entire visit was a waste of time and money and we never even saw the doctor. Then when my husband called the office manager to speak about what happened she brushed him off and lied about having his doctor call him. I would recommend finding another office."

"They’ll over schedule patients and keep you waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes without apologizing or giving you a reason. I was not a walk in, I had an appointment scheduled, I arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time, I was waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby and another hour in their exam room, I ended up leaving. Rude staff, Rude office manager, I spoke with her the next day over the phone, and pretty much she was stating, nothing I can do for you, and here’s our corporate number. I missed on work, I paid extra for the daycare for picking up my son late.. the inconvenience they created for me was beyond unacceptable. The only bright side in this location that the physicians, when you get to actually see them, are nice and very caring. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, find yourself another primary care who actually CARE. No human being deserves to be treated like this, all they care about is to bring you in to charge your insurance and take a co pay and stick you in an exam room for hours."

"Disclosure: I’m a brand new patient so my sample size is small. But just wow… this is probably the best experience I’ve had when it comes to a primary care service. I’m new to the area and needed to get established with a doctor and I found the office because it was close and my wife works for the group. The receptionist was so friendly and was so welcoming. She was genuinely a joy to be around. The nurse was a sweetheart and listened to everything I said. Dr. Bullock was so caring and addressed each and every one of my many health issues (I’m fairly young but have a lot of health problems) with attention and detail. She seems to really want me to have a great quality of life so far. I just had blood work done and the lady had s thick New York accent and was PHENOMENAL. She was busy and felt so bad people were waiting a little longer than she would like which is rare because most places could care less. And she was highly skilled. I didn’t even know she stuck me. She was on it! Thanks so much for the experience so far."
