"The office made two errors with my appointments Previously and as a result of one of them I lost time with the therapist (But still paid full price) and the second one : A scheduling misunderstanding from the staff which they had to correct . I forgot about an appointment due to having a baby six days ago they want to charge me $60 for a no-show when I was told last month it was a $35 fee (apparently, that’s just for a cancellation) They told me they were all booked up Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to not be able to reschedule the appointment. Interesting how I have to show Grace when it’s their error but I have to pay $60 when it’s mine. Kathleen didn’t want to be courteous due to my circumstance, which is fine I will not be going back. I do like the therapist, Lizzie she’s very kind, but I appreciate being treated fairly especially since I’m A weekly appointment."

The front office staff was kind and knowledgeable about an insurance issue we had. We especially loved our PT, Courtney. Her warmth, patience, and knowledge shine through every session. She's also just a delight to be around. She remembers personal details about her clients and really shows she cares. My child went from floppy W-sitting to strong and confident!"
