"No complaints about the therapist that we worked with they were fantastic. However, beware the office is a nightmare to deal with. Just like another reviewer mentioned something shady is going on with the billing. You will end up getting large unexpected bills with no help from them at all. They claim insurance is denying our visits but when I call my insurance they say they have all been paid."

"We joined them around 1.5-2 years ago when TLC was known for having a great place of specialists, treatment, and administration. Currently, they moved to KidSpot and this was the worst decision ever. In fact, therapists have been constantly leaving, and no one shows up or take accountability (from administration), if you email them no one will respond and they leave your child hanging out w/o therapies. The specialists are the ones who beyond their duties make the extra mile to manage almost everything. We had great professionals and always grateful for them. This review is purely for administration, with attention to Wesley Paul, Head of Operations, Facilities Director. If TLC continues not showing up and acting unprofessionally, will lose more families and kiddos. Therapies can't be just for profit. We are leaving so abandoned, disappointed, and running to have a new place since months and weeks 2/3 therapies finished due to specialists leaving. No director or coordinator showed up to have accountability and work to say we will do this and your child will receive in this x period. When I asked the main front, they mentioned this approximation but they don't have specialists and don't know. Administration and director of each field: ST, OT, PT must have email or meeting with families when this happens to not only show up but demonstrate "we care" and this is next. We now learned the last specialist is leaving too and now, resulted in putting a hold on our child's plan. Specialists are leaving not because they want to but the administration and work conditions. They have families and bills and they also suffer from taking these decisions. They work and show up one-one with families and are the reason families continue. That is not their duty at all! This is unethical, unprofessional, and unfair. Families are the reason you have a job, we pay and this is not ok. Stay away if you are considering TLC!"

"Billing department is awful. Your insurance may have contractual negotiated rates but they will charge you MORE than you are supposed to pay, and that additional amount you pay does not count towards your deductible since insurance doesn’t see that you are overpaying on medical bills. It’s very sneaky. The therapists on the other hand are really wonderful and genuinely care for the kids they work with. 100% recommend the therapists!"
