"This counseling places only really cares about money. If you miss one appointment is $75 dollars. Even if it’s the first appointment you’ve ever missed. They won’t let you speak to a supervisor, the owner hides behind her desk employee Kassidy who knows nothing about mental health or how the things you say can affect others. I was dropped as a client for asking to speak to a supervisor. edit: There was no abuse, there was no threat. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was shut down many times. I told them that this is an attack on mental health, they replied with anger towards me which caused me to be upset with them. I will state this again, the owner hides because they don’t want to fight for what is right. The way this place treats patients is unacceptable and they will be reported to the better business bureau. Edit edit: also there system for “reminding appointments” never works and i’ve stated this many times and was never listened to, I believe therapists should be compensated, as the owner it’s your job to understand when stuff happens it’s your job to cover that."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. My 17 year old daughter was a patient with them for a few months and we had an issue with a missed appointment due to covid. We even left messages that our whole family was sick and they said she had to do a virtual but she was so sick!! After complaining to them about that they only gave me back less than half the fee. Moving on to the present time I was looking for a therapist and I called to make an appointment. I had the intake but never received the link and when I called they only had an answering machine. They said since I missed the appointment I would have to pay $60 even though I had insurance and I wasn't even a client yet. WHAT!! Then after the initial appointment I told them I would like to see them bi-weekly and we scheduled. I called to change the appointment as i was sick and once again no one answered and hey charged me a second time $60. I was pretty upset at the confusion and I sent them and email and called. I was just upset at this point for them charging me $120 for appointments that I never even scheduled or missed( the day they said I had an appointment i did not) THEN they charged me $60 a third time for another supposed appointment that i cancelled with the therapist telling her I had an appointment that day and I couldn't make it. They then PROCEEDED to link my daughters to my account after I complained to my credit card company for the unauthorized charged and they CANCELLED all of her appointments. She is 17 years old!! She was dealing with a lot of stress and they cancelled ALL of her appointments in September. Thank God she wasn't suicidal or something or really needed therapy! Who does this! Its awful and she has been calling and calling with no response. This is the worst therapy company I have ever encountered. Such a shame. Their pictures and everything looked so nice. When I called to speak to the owner Ann she would not get on the phone. I am done with this place and my daughter is extremely hurt as she loved her therapist. She emailed her therapist and her therapist apologized and said it wasn't her and I BELIEVE HER!! Shame on you guys"
