"After over a decade of chronic pain in my lower back and neck from old injuries, I decided to try out the Sensory Deprivation tank at Grace for Today Wellness Spa. I was a little nervous, because I have never tried anything like this before and didn't know what to expect. I have been missing out! What a blessing this opportunity provided me! My tense, spastic muscles became relaxed within only a few minutes of floating in the tank. Due to the relaxing nature of the experience, I was able to surrender to the feeling of weightlessness effortlessly.
