"I was personally in the Intensive Outpatient Program at the Panama City Facility. This was 6 weeks of intensive therapy, but worth every day/every hour that I was there. I learned things I didn't even know were an issue effecting my mental health. Being in a group therapy setting can sound scary/intimidating at first, but you will soon realize that it will become a safe place and essentially a mini family that is supportive and will listen to you. I truly benefited from my time at the facility, and I encourage anyone that is struggling with mental illness to not be ashamed to get help!
