"I am not an avid google-reviewer, however, I couldn’t just sit by after what I experienced today. I went to Dr. Nidia for the first time today to discuss possibly getting my hormones checked out bc of my mood swings with my period, and she responded with, “Well, what do you want me to do? Stop your period from coming?” My visit was filled with redundant questions and sarcastic one-liners. She even told me I should “calm down” after I told her about how I had been feeling the past couple of months. The icing on the cake, though, was when she told me, verbatim, “I’d rather you be a little anxious once a month than put you on birth control, which could possibly lead to a stroke.” This was in response to me asking about intervening to “stop my period” and she told me it’s a bad idea due to a history of migraines. I felt ignored, invalidated and, honestly, bullied. This was the most horrific experience I have EVER had with a medical professional and I hope this message stops people from going to her, or can at least prep you for her nasty attitude. Shame on you, Doctor."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Iglesias for 13-15 years. I have always had a beyond spectacular experience with her, her staff was personable, professional and accommodating, and Dr. Iglesias is knowledgable, kind, patient, and takes her time explaining and going over any and all concerns you have as a patient. However, she recently moved to the Miami Shores location - she remains the same fantastic doctor but her staff is detached, rude, unaccommodating and treats patients like they are a dime a dozen. making an appointment was a nightmare, i finally got one and it was rescheduled rudely, there was a clerical error while making it and i showed up but they had me scheduled for the next day, the front desk not only did not care but asked me to leave (even after i explained I live 45 minutes away) after much back and forth I ended up being seen by her and she was as wonderful as ever. Her new staff leaves much to be desired."

She listens to my concerns and has educated me around my care over the 20 years. In that process I know she is up to date on new procedures and protocols. I highly recommend her."
