"The office was clean and desk staff was very pleasant. Absolutely looks like a nice, clean establishment. Sadly. I was beyond dissatisfied with the care I received inside with my assigned physician. The contact I saw (Nicole Campbell, APRN ) was rushing and gave me next to no time. She was not rude or unkind in any way and came off as intelligent, good worker. But - I brought up several concerns and she provided no insight or help or directions. She said it wasn’t her job to handle mental health concerns and to go back to my primary. No referral, no sympathy, no insight or advice. While I would have been able to swallow that blatant lie-the reason I feel compelled to warn people. I asked her to note my chart for the things I brought up and she assured me she would. Got my portal file and nothing was noted. That is disappointing and makes it even more difficult to get the help I need."

"Martha was extremely rude and belittling. She didn't explain anything properly. Awful, awful experience. I truly can not recommend this place to anyone. Tried to go again but nothing but trash service. They don't know how to answer the phone, no understanding for the patient. Don't go here. They have signs up to treat the staff nice but it doesn't extend to the patients. Editing again to add more info. I tried to call the office 5-10 times with the office not picking up the phone as Uber wouldn't let me install the car seat. So I will admit that I was 25 minutes late but as a pregnant woman going into her second trimester, lugging in a car seat along with her toddler, after finally having paying an Uber that would take my car seat. I am hurt and upset. I didn't cause a fuss there but shame on this whole office. Never again."

"I have now had 2 babies delivered by the Dr’s here and I could not be happier with my experience overall. The staff, from check in to check out are all amazing. You feel like you’re not just another person, like they actually care about you. The nurses and doctors are all so accommodating and really listen to what you want, which was the most important thing for me when delivering my baby. I loved the office so much I traveled across town for my second baby so I could have the same experience as my first! I would highly recommend anyone coming here for their OBGYN needs!"

"My previous OB retired and this office took over care of his patients. I have only been there once and will never return. The pap was very uncomfortable. There were 3 people in the small room with me. I felt like I was in a student clinic. I was given a script for my annual mammogram and left. A few months later I needed to do a follow up due to an abnormal mammogram and needed my order faxed to Advent. I couldn’t reach anyone through phone or email. After at least 5 calls and 2 emails, I finally got someone to answer but I was told it would be easier if I just stopped by the office to tell the nurse what I needed. I explained that I couldn’t miss work just to pick up an ultrasound order that could be faxed. Advent finally got an order and I scheduled accordingly. I am sitting at the imaging center now waiting to get my follow up test but I was told by Advent the order they received is incorrect and they’ve placed several calls but still no reply. Advent and I have reached out multiple times to get a verbal so I don’t need to reschedule but still no answer after 35 min of calling. If they can’t get an ultrasound order correct, where it states at the bottom of the report exactly what is needed for the follow up, I would hate to see how they handle prenatal care. Avoid this place at all costs. The health department has better care."
