"For over a decade Dr. Barry has been one of the only safe physicians in Florida to treat transgender patients, but that is about to change. Dr. Barry's staff has informed me she is no longer seeing trans patients because "she is slowing down her schedule and they are trying to hire new physicians but they will have to see if who they hire is ok with treating trans patients" It is a scary world when you fear for your safety even in the hands of those who have sworn to treat folks, those who allow their beliefs outweigh people's medical needs. Transgender patients have to ask "Are you comfortable treating trans patients ?" How is that acceptable to anyone with any empathy? That we cannot trust healthcare providers even in case of emergencies? You are no longer a credible health care worker if you discriminate on ANYONE! Dr. Barry's office has always been a safe place for trans folks in Florida, and she leaves that legacy in the hands of people who blatantly exclude minority groups. Now it will be a safe space for those who seek to exclude LGBT people from any place when they feel uncomfortable seeing us just trying to receive the medical care WE DESERVE ! Shameful !"

"Once again I had a great experience at Women Care of Baldwin. I saw a nurse practitioner, Ashley Massey. She is great. I appreciate how well this office runs. Never have to wail long and the whole staff is friendly and professional."

"As many others have posted on here, this place is fine until you have real issues, then it becomes a money pit. I came in with an obvious issue (during my annual) and was told nothing was wrong. I came back because that was impossible- $85, they found the issue, $90 it was something else $150, $350 for exams, another $150 to tell me what was found on the exam, when I refused to come in and asked for them to just tell me over the phone, I received a certified letter in the mail letting me know I was officially dropped as a patient. Needless to say best thing they could have done. I’m gladly paying for my appointments with my new provider but at least I’m getting results. Avoid this place if possible. Responding to the message below- you charged me even though my issue was present in my annual. We do not pay for Annuals, the issue is I had to come back because you didn’t diagnose it during my annual and now I had to pay for your mistake. Which I told the doctor and the response was I’m sorry but that’s how insurance works! On top of that, you should have had the courtesy at that time to acknowledge you messed up and waive the fee but you didn’t. After several scans with the new provider (which you claimed I had serious issues) it came back as nothing. This is a huge red flag with your practice. I’m not sure if you are purposely stating things to get more money out of people but I am glad I’m not around your practice to find out."
