There were many hidden costs that I wasn't aware of before signing the contract, such as gutters, design center standard options, and HOA increased by 40% per month even before occupying the property, which ended up costing me more than I had anticipated. The agreement is written in such a way that breaking it would result in a loss of around 10-15K, which is a significant amount of my hard-earned money. Very unsatisfied customer."
