"My sister in law found out she was pregnant without having planned anything and in a hurry we made an apt with Dr. Bradley who was recommended to us by a close friend of mine, unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this office. New year means deductibles and my sister had already met her full deductible at the ER the weekend before her visit. Dr. Bradley's office told us that she had to pay her deductible there but we explained she had met it in the ER, yet they turned her away because proof of her paid deductible wasn't reflecting yet when they ran her insurance; however, we obtained the receipt/proof of payment from Baptist Hospital and got the insurance on the line to speak with the Office Manager, even then, the Office Manager refused to have my sister seen and claims she asked the doctor if it'd be okay to see her and says that Dr. Bradley said no. If we didn't have proof of payment, I'd understand them turning her away, but we did. The Office Manager in this obgyn has no empathy, no compassion and no manners, traits that a person who works in a medical setting should have. I am absolutley disgusted."
