"I am pretty jaded about going to the doctor because I never really feel like it helps and I’ve had some bad experiences. When I came to this place, I was just trying to establish a primary care and I was really really surprised with how long the doctor took talking to me and actually listening despite me not expecting or trying to do that. I feel like she’s not only listened, but actually had some novel advice which is going to make a humongous difference in my daily life. I also felt like the building was extremely clean and quiet in a professional way, and that the front desk person was nice and extremely professional. She was on the phone when I approached to check out and she told the person on the phone that she would have to call them back because she prioritizes people standing in the office. I wouldn’t have made that kind of demand. I’m used to standing there and waiting at other offices, and it was surprising and polite. Just everything about this experience was surprising to me in a good way. I would highly recommend this office. I’m switching my husband and older teenagers ASAP."
