"BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!! Total surprise! I love running outside and doing weights on my own; i did a yoga certification a few years ago and I started these classes to discover what « barre » was all about… 6 weeks ago… and life has changed! First the vibe ; The ambiance of this studio is so refreshing, very loving and no judgement environment; the community here is so uplifting, from the amazing and phenomenal trainer Andrea to all the members I have come across. I thought I was somewhat in shape before until I tried this… it’s unbelievable how quick you start to tone up, it’s significantly impacted my mindfullness about my posture and over all well-being has been heightened!
