"Where to start. Had my policy non-renewed in December which was due to end March 31st. They state they then sent me a cancellation letter effective March 22nd which I never received. Then say they sent me an email on March 25th stating a non-renewal. Why send that if they sent me a cancellation for March 22nd?? Since Anchor Insurance collected the payment, All American says it was short by $27. Never once did they alert me of this. I have now spent 2-3 hours trying to get this rectified and I am still hunting this matter down. My mortgage company now wants to charge me for the 9 day gap in coverage. Do not waste your time with this company. Plenty of better choices out there and less hassle."
